personality[three paragraphs]
Dakota is definitely a free spirit. She doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her and will forever more dance to her own beat. She’s sarcastic, outgoing, wild, insanely awesome, and all around fabulous. She’s extremely unique, she’s the one who dances around her room in her underwear on a daily basis. She’s rather an extremist and you either love her or you hate her because of it. She’s really opinionated and independent. She’s also very take-the-lead in pretty much everything. She’s either standing center stage or not standing at all. She’s a real diva, a superstar and truly, one unique individual.
She’s also very loyal to her friends. She’s a full blown, compassionate gal with style that is hard to come by. She’s an emotional one and if she’s angry or depressed, damn, you’ll know it. She can have some serious rage type blowouts and has been known to get in a few fights. She’s also a lover though, She doesn’t care who she’s kissing as long as it’s someone. She’s the girl who gets her name written all over the bathroom walls for almost everything. She’s big and dramatic and always fighting the tides. She’ll stand up in the middle of a crowd of people and scream out loud just because she can. She’s daring and mischievous and testing. She’s always trying to see how people will react. She’s a very open type who’s also a bit touchy feely. She’ll kiss you on the cheek even if she doesn’t know your name. She’s known to be very close to her friends, they are part of her life dramatically and she sure as hell shows it.
She treats people pretty equally if she's only just meeting them. She's one of those people who takes her time hating you officially if she wants to do so. She's so close to her friends though, they're pretty much her life. Since her past has always been weird and her parents haven't exactly been by her side all along, she's really clung to her close friendships like they were the only thing holding her down on earth. She and her childhood friends, Cerise and Kalasin have been close their entire life and Kota thinks of those girls as sisters. She'd trust them with her life and welcomes them into hers with arms wide open.

history[three paragraphs]
Dakota Oliveira was born in small town California(her parents happened to be in the town...). Her mother, Felicity, was a French whore and her father, Jorge, was an oil well owner in Brazil. Jorge met Felicity one night in Paris and ta-da, Dakota was born a good couple of months later. Her mother was half American, half French, thus her desire to move back into California when Kota turned 13. Her father was native Italian and born in Brazil where his father had struck it rich through an oil well his company had found. Jorge was raised on the road most of the time. His family traveled everywhere so, he took this old lifestyle and helped raised Kota the same.
At the age of three, Dakota Oliveira had been to Italy, Brazil, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, America, Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, Turkey, China, Japan, India, and Russia. She continued to go about traveling with her mother and father until that day she turned 13. On her 13th birthday, her mother and father took her out of this home school travelers life and slipped her into your basic average high school in California. Her childhood was interesting living out on the road... Her mother Felicity had passed down to her daughter, a depression of sorts. Felicity had a lot of problems, she’d beat her daughter quite often. Since Felicity had grown up on the streets most of the time, being outcasted for her career choice by her own family, she hated her daughter for having the life she never had. Jorge gave Kota a good life out in the world and Felicity hated her own daughter for having it so easy when she had had it so hard. She would have fits of rage, get drunk, beat Dakota, tell her daughter things to try and get the child Dakota to hate herself. She grew up in this atmosphere of chaos and disaster. Her father was her protector though, he always looked out for her and saved her life when Felicity wanted to kill her own daughter. Dakota didn’t really feel like she had a mother so, she mostly stuck with her father.
When she turned 14, Felicity had finally lost it. Jorge wanted to divorce her for being both abusive and sick. Felicity had refused to get help when Jorge and Dakota wanted her to and they could no longer live with her insane behavior. Jorge had Felicity checked into a facility in Georgia and he had Kota stay with him. They lived in Brazil for a while but over the summer before Dakota’s senior year, she asked her dad if she could stay in Bridgeport, the town she was born in. She'd come back to Bridgeport every summer between travels as a child and always considered it her one true home. That was where she had her friends and her cousins Aunie. Her dad had agreed since it was a boarding school and sent her back to Bridgeport with warm wishes and a heart full of love. Dakota let Bridgeport High School be her next page and moved there with hope and eyes wide open.
ancestryBrazilian, Italian, American, and French.
wealthShe comes from a family owning oil in Brazil, take you guesses... Wealthy she is.

role play example[four paragraphs]
“What the hell?” Dakota squeaked as she woke with a stir. She lay there, dressed in nothing but a pair of Hello Kitty underwear and a loose tank top that said burn across the chest. She lay there though, buried in a great heap of hot pink and lime green blankets, with her head pounding and her makeup running. Her hair was messy in frazzled pigtails. Her body smelled lightly of liquor and perfume. Her voice was a little croaky but she was pretty well other than that.
“Damn that hot guy...” she mumbled dragging herself out of bed, it was nearly noon. She glanced at her alarm clock and debated throwing it at something. Her head hurt too bad, maybe later is she was still bitchy. She wandered about her apartment in her undies and put on a pot of coffee. She then walked over to the couch and turned on the television. She flicked to a news channel and saw some big story about a load of teenagers getting too drunk at a party and being put in jail. One of them fought back, three people got shot one died. “Never mind, I love you hot guy.” she said remembering slightly the rave it had been the night before. She could have been shot had it not been for what’s-his-face and his rebellious desire to make out with her in his car.
“Well, looks like I’m one lucky gal, ain’t I?” she asked looking down at her pug, Lulu. She sighed and heard the timer beep on her coffee maker. She grabbed herself a cup, walked back over to her couch, pulled up a blanket, snuggled with one of her stuffed animals, and switched it to cartoons. That was practically the story of Dakota Oliveira’s life.
She watched as Billy and Mandy bossed Grim around for a good half hour or so before she started to doze off again. She finished her coffee and grabbed the cordless telephone to call up Ceri. She dialed the number hazily and then heard it start to ring. The answering machine came on. "Hey girlie, you ok? Were you at that party last night? Oy, I hate it when someone gets shot and I don't know what's going on... Wake up Ceri-Dearie, call me and tell me if Kalli is alright too!" Kota mumbled into the phone hazily. She hung up and went back to cartoons, "Yup, classes are going to be one great big hello whole today." she said and buried her face in one of her stuffed animals.
