The Quad The quad, the center of drama aside from the actual wall of gossip. This is where the teenage population claims its official territory. The quad is a huge paved spot in the center of the school. It's outdoors and it's really the center of the school. The walls of Bridgeport High School are built around this thing and it's where everything goes down. All of the little social circles make their homes here. There's a cheerleader spot, a jock spot, a hick spot, an emo spot. They're all centrealized around trees or tables and everyone knows where these unseens boundaries are crossed.
